123 ‘Ask us Anything’ is Vodafone’s premium information service can answer any question you might have. Available to all Vodafone business plan customers, operators can help you with directions, movie times, phone numbers, weather details – even the footy score. Answers can be sent to you via TXT or given to you on the phone while you wait.

Voicemail and CALLscreen

Every Vodafone business plan customer has access to Voicemail and CALLscreen services.

Voicemail

An answering machine for your mobile, Voicemail lets callers leave a message if you’re unavailable. Vodafone’s system lets you greet callers with a personalised message and walks them through the process of leaving a message. You can set up the Voicemail service by calling 121 and following the prompts from your mobile.

CALLscreen

A handy tool that lets you divert incoming calls, CALLscreen is just like having your own receptionist. Incoming calls are diverted to a friendly Vodafone operator who will take a message for you. This message is then sent through to you as a TXT. You have the ability to personalise the Vodafone greeting as you wish.

CALLconference

Easy to set-up, and available to all Vodafone business plan customers, CALLconference lets you make conference calls with up to 6 people – directly from your mobile. Simple to use, CALLconference is a handy tool for remote team members to check in with each other while on the road.
